These terms do not affect those of your statutory rights. We reserve the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute Benefits and participating providers without notice to you. We assume no responsibility for the payment of or contribution to any use or sales tax, which taxing authorities may impose and such taxes, to the extent, imposed, shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the provider of the Benefits, as the case may be.

Cancellation:
From date of purchase you are protected by a 14 day full refund policy, when you must then return your 2 for 1 Blockbuster Movie & Game Rental Card to The Rocket Marketing Group. Any refund request from day 15 onwards will have no refund available.

Renewal:
We will reserve the right to hold your details and contact you, when you are in your last remaining 30 days, to offer a renewal of your 2 for 1 Blockbuster Movie & Game Rental Card.

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement contains all of the Terms of Use and representations, promises or agreements concerning the use not included in this Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable, if any of the terms of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Governing Law:
This Agreement and the Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

Data Protection:
Your personal details will be held by The Rocket Marketing Group and are used exclusively by The Rocket Marketing Group (and not passed to any third parties) for administration and marketing purposes if they are deemed to be in the interest of our Members and Customers. By ordering the 2 for 1 Blockbuster Movie & Game Rental Card you expressly consent to this, unless you notify us in writing.

These rights are in addition to the standard policy as outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000.
