The Rocket Marketing Group is a member of:

We also have an excellent relationship with local trading standards, and are in the final stages of becoming “Trading Standards Approved” with their Buy With Confidence scheme.
Any unusual complaints or requests are managed through a series of escalations, and via SAP routing service activities to the relevant persons for resolution.
Management Information
SAP and Avaya are world renowned for their structure and reporting capabilities. We have a dedicated function for Management Information and can generate standard and ad hoc reporting on request. All customer calls are recorded, and any action required is captured as a SAP service activity. All website activity would be monitored via a monthly report generator.
Below is a list of reports we generate for some existing clients, although this is by no means exhaustive.
Daily or weekly as required:
- Call stats, call answers, dropped, lengths etc
- IVR call flow analysis
- Daily website activity by site, and conversions to call to action
- Promotional activity and conversions
- Escalations Log (complaints).
