Since 2001 we have worked with some of the biggest brands in the UK, marketing membership programmes and creating bespoke products specifically tailored to their brands. These clubs have generated substantial revenue to our clients, as well as helping drive customer loyalty.
Here are some examples of the work we have done, and what we could do for you.
sit-up channels
sit-up channels have been promoting three of Rocket’s generic membership programmes to drive loyalty and generate revenue from their customers since 2006. The clubs are promoted to viewers of sit-up’s ‘bid tv’, ‘price-drop tv’ and ‘speed auction tv’ channels and all subsequent fulfilment needs and customer enquiries are managed in-house by The Rocket Marketing Group from their offices in Brighton.
Following the success of these partnerships, sit-up and Rocket worked together to create a new, fully branded membership savings club. The Privilege Savings Club features a range of offers designed specifically to help sit-up customers save money, and has been fully branded to fit with the look and feel of sit-up’s TV channels and websites. The club will allow sit-up to further develop customer loyalty while adding to their revenue streams, with Rocket taking responsibility for the management and fulfilment of the club.

Pitch TV
Rocket signed an agreement with Pitch TV in 2010 to produce a new bespoke savings club for Pitch viewers. The Pitch Moneysavers Club has been fully branded in line with the look and feel of Pitch’s TV channel and website, and Rocket have carried out market research to ensure the club is tailored to the needs of Pitch customers. The club is designed to generate loyalty and additional revenue for Pitch TV, while providing customers with a great range of savings, gifts and rewards selected from Rocket’s extensive range of big-name partner brands.
Flying Brands
Rocket partnered with mail order company Flying Brands to upsell the Home & Garden Club to their customers at the point of sale. The Home & Garden Club is a great fit for Flying Brands’ customer base, and has allowed them to generate both increased customer loyalty and generate additional revenue. Rocket has fully managed the fulfilment of all club orders, and membership enquiries during this time.
JML
The JML VIP Members Club was developed as a bespoke, white-label solution for JML. At the product’s core are fantastic savings and top quality free member rewards, with a money saving 10% off all future purchases of JML products. The club has driven customer loyalty and generated revenue for JML at zero cost. This solution has been carefully designed to fit perfectly with JML’s strict brand guidelines and has been fully developed and managed by The Rocket Marketing group.

The Sun
We worked with The Sun to create a scheme that encouraged their readers to make a routine purchase of the paper for two weeks. The promotion involved readers from The Sun’s direct mail database being invited to collect bingo ball numbers from the paper each day for 14 days. By collecting all 14 numbers they won a 12 month membership to The Midweek Dining Club. To assist The Sun in running this offer we designed white-labelled membership cards which featured The Sun and News of the World branding. Success was clear when the offer generated 4,000 new members of The Midweek Dining Club.
Archant
Rocket joined forces with Archant, Britain’s leading independently-owned media business, to promote The 241 Hotel Club and The Home & Garden Club to Archant customers. Reader promotions were placed in Archant’s English Homes Magazine, English Gardens Magazine, Heritage Magazine and Photography Monthly Magazine, along with a feature on some of the hotels available to members of The 241 Hotel Club. Readers were given the opportunity to join the clubs at a reduced rate, helping to generate customer loyalty for Archant.
