Flying Brands
Our work with specialist home shopping company Flying Brands has helped develop and promote the Home & Garden Club, which features a great range of special offers and discounts at major national retailers. Having started life as an exporter of bouquets under the name Flying Flowers, the brand has grown to include Gardening Direct, which supplies live plants to over 2 million customers in the UK. Flying Brand’s commitment to providing fantastic value to its customers is reflected in the great offers available through The Rocket Marketing Group’s Home & Garden Club.
JML
The JML VIP Savings Club was developed as a bespoke, white-label solution for JML. At the product’s core are the same fantastic savings and top quality free member rewards contained in The Big Savings Club, with the addition of a money saving 10% off all future purchases of JML products. This solution has been carefully designed to fit perfectly with JML’s strict brand guidelines.
The Sun
We worked with The Sun to create a scheme that encouraged their readers to make a routine purchase of the paper for 2 weeks. The promotion involved readers from The Sun’s direct mail database being invited to collect bingo ball numbers from the paper each day for 14 days. By collecting all 14 numbers they won a 12 month membership to The Midweek Dining Club. To assist The Sun in running this offer we designed special membership cards which featured The Sun and News of the World branding. For The Sun, success was clear when the offer resulted in generating 4,000 new members of The Midweek Dining Club.
sit-up channels
Sit-up channels use our existing loyalty club and reward scheme products to generate a commission based revenue. For every purchase a customer makes from sit-up channels including bid tv, price drop tv and speed auction tv, they are offered a 30 day free trial of The Big Savings Club. All subsequent enquiries about the club are then managed by us. This includes everything from the supply of guides and maintenance of a comprehensive website, to emails and phone calls about cancellations and bookings. This hassle-free way of working has made it easy for our products and sit-up channels to work together perfectly for the last 3 years.
Tio Pepe
Tio Pepe sponsored The Midweek Dining Club, which offered exclusive restaurant savings to members across the country. The wide selection of special offers ranged from 50% off the food bill to a free bottle of wine. Members simply booked a table, presented their membership card upon arrival at the restaurant and then enjoyed the experience of being wined and dined for less. Tio Pepe supplied all restaurants involved with branded merchandise and display materials; we dealt with everything else involved in running the club. In 2008 we also launched a neck collar promotion on 70 thousand Tio Pepe bottles, giving purchasers a 3 month free membership to The Tio Pepe Midweek Dining Club. These bottles were placed in all major supermarkets to generate more sales of Tio Pepe. The Tio Pepe Midweek Dining Club was launched in August 2007 and in 2 years gained 25,000 members.
