Job Title: Telesales Executive

Salary: £15,500 with an uncapped competitive commission £21,000 OTE

Hours of work: 11.00 am – 7.30pm Monday to Friday (5.45pm finish Friday)

A fantastic opportunity to work as a Telesales Executive for a leading Marketing organisation in Brighton. If you are confident, enthusiastic and have great communication skills then why not get paid to talk. This is a fast paced outbound Telesales role where you will have 100-200 sales opportunities a day. B2C, you will be selling a well aligned product to ‘warm’ contacts so it’s a relatively easy sell.

Outbound Telesales Advisor for Brighton based Call Centre

Our outbound telesales team is responsible for calling leads from our client’s customer base to promote and up-sell one of our established affinity programs. This is a warm, friendly sales call.

We are seeking people who are confident, reliable, self motivated and target driven. You must have good communication skills and be passionate about customer service. You will have a proven track record of working in a customer service environment, ideally with some telesales or telemarketing experience.

We are offering permanent full-time positions working 40 hrs p/w between the hours of 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday. Successful candidates will be paid £15,500 pa with competitive bonus earnings of up to £375 per month based on sales conversions and call quality (£20,000 OTE).

The Rocket Marketing Group is a marketing agency based in Brighton, specialising in the creation, management and sale of membership clubs direct to the public.

Web Developer (Joomla!)

To support the growth of the business, we are looking for a talented Web Developer with Joomla experience to assist our design team in updating our current portfolio of sites along with the development of new web projects. You will work in the Marketing team with the Lead Graphic Designer.

The ideal candidate will be organised, efficient and self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to follow a brief accurately whilst working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving and pressurised environment. Candidates should be comfortable hand-coding HTML/CSS, work well with PHP and MySQL, and have extensive experience with Joomla. All of Rocket Marketing Groups product have fully functional supporting websites running on a variety of Joomla versions, so you should be comfortable with all editions.

You’ll also be up-to-speed current search engine optimization (SEO) practices. An understanding of basic design principles along with some knowledge of Photoshop would also be very beneficial for e-hot campaign building (Dot-Mailer)

You will need:
