Rocket Introduces New Sales Initiative
The Rocket Marketing Group is creating a new division, focused on generating revenue through Outbound Telemarketing.
Rocket has recently been contracted by several of its clients to manage Outbound Telemarketing Campaigns. Clients for this include Bid Shopping, Ideal Shopping Direct and Guthy Renker. The Campaigns have proved very successful with high sales conversions and exceptional customer feedback.
Rocket has now decided to expand its Outbound Telemarketing division and is commissioning a specific 60 seat in-house Outbound Telemarketing Call Centre.
Rocket is recruiting 50 additional staff to create this new department, which will double the total number of staff in the business, to over 100.
“It’s great to be creating this new department within Rocket, and to be able to take on an additional 50 staff during recession” said Andy Huggins, Managing Director. “We have some fantastic opportunities and this diversification opens up some exciting new opportunities for Rocket.
In addition to the recruitment of the new team, Rocket will also be investing in a substantial new infrastructure and systems upgrades to manage this extra activity.
Rocket’s Operations & Marketing Director Alan Saunders, who is heading up the expansion, said “ This is fantastic recognition of Rocket’s ongoing development, and shows how we are always looking at new opportunities, to develop the business further. This is a huge milestone for Rocket and we are all very excited”.
