Rocket Opens New Sales Centre
The Rocket Marketing Group recently announced a new division would be created, focused on generating revenue for clients through Outbound Telemarketing.
In record time, the new division is now in operation. Following substantial infrastructure upgrades, the 60 seat in-house Outbound Telemarketing Call Centre is open for business… faster than a speeding Rocket!
“This new division creates new opportunities for Rocket and our clients. Our Outbound model is fully integrated with our Club Programmes, and tailored to generate further revenue for our clients. As well as the new revenue stream for clients, their customers are loving the engagement from our UK agents. It truly is a win win situation” said Andy Huggins, Managing Director.
Rocket has managed the substantial new infrastructure and systems upgrades with partner Overline Business Communications. This has increased capacity to handle over 150 concurrent telephone calls, whilst also allowing for future growth. Upgrades have been made to ISDN Channels, Call Recording and Dialler facilities including the installation upgrade to the latest AVAYA IP Office 500.
Operations & Marketing Director Alan Saunders, who headed up the expansion said “it’s been a busy few weeks of project management, and great to see this new office up and running so quickly with 50 new staff. We have recruited a very strong Telesales Management Team so we can maximise on the revenue potential. Everyone at Rocket is very excited to see the new office in action.”
