Rocket Pass ISO Re-certification Audit with Added Scope

The Rocket Marketing Group has successfully passed its ISO 9001 re-certification audit with the British Standards Institution (BSI). Furthermore, BSI have expanded Rocket’s certified scope to include the design process alongside the provision of loyalty and incentive programmes and customer support services.

Rocket’s certification under this internationally established standard highlights their strong commitment to quality, service and customer excellence.

Rocket is annually assessed by the BSI to review the ongoing capability of their Quality Management System in meeting ISO 9001:2008 standards, but this was an extra-special audit three years after Rocket’s initial accreditation.
Based in Brighton, Rocket employ a team of 50 to create and manage a range of membership programmes and consumer incentives. Rocket takes care of every aspect of these products in-house, and the ISO certification applies to all sectors of the business including design, customer focus, leadership, people, effective processes, continual improvements, relationships and decision-making.

The annual assessment also identifies opportunities to further improve business and systems procedures. In last year’s assessment, BSI recommended that Rocket’s design process be included in their future ISO scope, as they showed ‘clear evidence of capability’ towards expanding the certification to include this.

Following their recent audit, the BSI recommended that Rocket not only retain its ISO registration, but have also extended Rocket’s accreditation to the creative design and development part of the business – an excellent achievement.

The inclusion of design is further testament to the continual commitment to the development of Rocket’s business processes over the last 3 years.
